You have to hand it to the dedicated AKB48 super fans.
As we posted last week, rumors were circulating around the newest AKB48 member, Eguchi Aimi. Fans suspected that she was a CGI animation rather than a real girl…and as it turns out, they were right!
As CNNGo reports, those fans’ suspicions were confirmed to be true…meaning that Eguchi is a composite creation using some of the visual aspects of other, human AKB48 members. Scandalous!
