Unique collaboration! Hello Kitty turns into Rei Ayanami?
The popular anime Evangelion and world famous Hello Kitty collaboration products will be released this May. Sanrio and Groundworks expand this collaboration to celebrate the release of EvangelionGerion, a new feature film :Q (to be released fall 2012). You must see the pop design of Hello Kitty dressed in Ayanami Rei’s and Shikinami Asuka Langley’s plug suits. EVANGELION × HELLO KITTY stationary goods, clothing, and a wide range of products, including sequential fashion goods from about 10 companies, will be sold.
The design of EVANGELION × HELLO KITTY, which kept Hello Kitty’s cute look and added Ayanami Rei and Shikinami Asuka Langley’s hard plug suit look, is really fun to see. I look forward to the collaboration series release date. I also wonder how many characters Hello Kitty is colloraborating with.
