HATSUNE MIKU Meets Fashion Designer Riccardo Tisci

Fashion Designer Riccardo Tisci

Japanese virtual singer, HATSUNE MIKU, is currently making her rounds in the US (a part of the North America sector) of her 2016 international tour.  Attracting the likes of not only the Japanese Anime scene, fashion magazine Vogue, invited HATSUNE MIKU to France for a special couture gown fitting with renowned fashion designer, Riccardo Tisci.

Riccardo Tisci, known for his work with high-end fashion brand, Givenchy, is currently both the creative director for Givenchy’s woman’s haute couture and ready-to-wear lines, as well as the designer for the men’s division menswear and eyewear.

What’s couture gown for HATSUNE MIKU like you ask?  Well the outfit contains multiple layers of lace with some crocodile trim and though invisible from far away, it is also embedded with Swarovski crystals.

Will virtual singers become the future fashion models?  Only time will tell!  For now we can imagine what a HATSUNE MIKU apparel collection would look like!
