ShinQs, a business space in Shibuya Hikarie, will be selling Christmas cakes in various shops. The theme of these Christmas cakes is “Snow Botanical ~A Christmas connecting with nature~.” Pre-orders will start from October 15 and last until December 20, 2015.

This year, Christmas cakes created by three famous Japanese patissiers Tsujiguchi Hironobu, Aoki Sadaharu, and Yoroizuka Toshihiko will be presented. The popular cupcake shop Magnolia Bakery, along with Ladurée and Libertable will also be selling special Christmas cakes.

LOUANGE TOKYO: Noel Botanica (¥16,200; limited to 50)

Enjoy a delicate taste of thick chocolate with truffle mixing with the sourness of cherries. The top layer is a strawberry shortcake featuring whipped cream from Hokkaido, premium eggs, and high-quality strawberries. The gorgeous look makes this cake perfect for a special night.

LE CHOCOLAT DE H: Noel Hikarie (¥5,400; limited to 50)

This vanilla mousse including caramel is coated by white chocolate. Chef Tsujiguchi’s exotic chocolate pieces play a great role in the cake.

pâtisserie Sadaharu AOKI paris: Paris-Brest Noel (¥5,400; limited to 50)

This cake mixes a traditional French dessert Paris-Brest with Chef Aoki’s great talent green tea. The cake looks like a wreath, making it the perfect Christmas decoration on the dinner table.

Yoroizuka Farm Tokyo: Noel Blanche (¥5,001; limited to 30)

Chef Yoroizuka is known for using ingredients from various lcoations of Japan. Enjoy a luxurious cake featuring chocolate blanche and strawberries picked from the Ibaraki prefecture.
