Prerequisites

Internship is Unpaid / For College Credits

Location: West Hollywood, CA* (If outside of Southern California, USA and still interested, e-mail us anyway!)

Additional Information:

– Must be 18 years or older

– Must provide own transportation to/from work

– Must provide own laptop

– Flexible with shift changes to accommodate projects and deadlines.

Japanese-English Bilingual Communications Intern

Responsibilities

– General Public Relations Work

– Write about the latest news or upcoming trends from Japan on the blog site

– Translate our videos in Japanese/English using YouTube’s Closed Captioning

– Maintain consistent narrative across out social media platforms and sites

– Further relationships with media partners and clients

Requirements

– Must be available for 3 in-office work and at least 2 remote days

– Must be able to provide own transportation

– Must have own laptop and mobile devices

Video Production Intern

Responsibilities 

– Create highlight videos for different social media platforms

– Format and release videos across platforms

– Adding meta data to videos for organization

– Subtitle videos

Requirements

– Must be available for 3 in-office work and at least 1 remote day

– Must have some experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Bridge, and Photoshop

– Must be able to provide own transportation

– Must have own laptop and mobile devices

Graphic Arts Design Intern

Responsibilities

– Design images for promotional use across social media platforms

– Ensure the format of the images is appropriate for each platforms

– Create relevant profile photos, cover photos, album arts, etc. for the site and social medias

Requirements

– Must be available for 2 in-office work and 2 remote day

– Must have experience in Photoshop or InDesign

– Must provide own transportation and work materials

Social Media Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

– Research the latest trend in Japan and U.S. Pop Culture!

– Work closely with team members to ensure we are talking about current topics

– Strategize, Develop, and Execute content native to social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to increase reach

– Study our analytics and use the information gathered to further grow our audience

– Engage and communicate with our fans, media partners, and clients

Requirements

– Must be available for 3 in-office work and at least 2 remote days

– Must be able to provide own transportation

– Must have own laptop and mobile devices
