flumpool vocalist Ryuta Yamamura announced that he will be marrying a non-celebrity woman in July.
The singer made his announced during flumpool’s encore performance at the Tokyo International Forum.
“I have 1 announcement. Next month, I will be registering my marriage. My partner is a member of the general public who I’ve been dating since high school,” Yamamura said.
Yamamura’s announcement was met with applause and cheers from the audience.
According to the singer’s agency, the couple will be registering their marriage in July, and are currently planning a wedding reception sometime in the future.
Yamamura, 31, and the woman he has been dating, 30, have been together for 14 years.
