Fujiki Naohito has revealed that he will release his 3rd mini album ‘1989‘ on July 15.

It’s been about 3 years since Fujiki released his last CD ‘forty‘ in July of 2012. The title of his upcoming album refers to the year he encountered his first guitar when he was just 17-years-old. The album will contain a total of 8 songs including “Go for it!” which is the theme song for TOKYO FM‘s ‘TOYOTA Athlete Beat‘. It’s fully produced by Shiraishi Satori, who has been in charge of Fujiki’s works since 2001. In addition, Kawamura Yuka, Matsushita NaoNozaki Ryota (Jazztronik), Hashiguchi Youhei (wacci), and HALIFANIE are all involved with the album.

On August 6, Fujiki will kick off his nationwide tour “Naohito Fujiki Live Tour ver11.0 ~1989 17 Till I Die Tour~“. He is scheduled to hold a total of 5 shows in 4 locations.
