Okay, video game geeks (or “enthusiasts”)! Nintendo announced their list of launch titles for the new Nintendo 3DS system.
The handheld will be released on February 26 in Japan, but they announced the full list of titles that will be available as soon as the product hits store shelves.
As Crunchgear reports,
Ten games will be available at launch on February 26: Konami’s Winning Eleven Soccer (known as Pro Evolution Soccer outside Japan); Namco Bandai’s Ridge Racer 3D; Capcom’s Super Street Fighter IV; Tecmo Koei’s Samurai Warriors: Chronicle; Square Enix’s Tobidasu! Puzzle Bobble; Ubisoft’s Combat of Giants; a new version of Professor Leyton from Level-5; and three versions of Nintendo’s various Nintendogs/Nintencats games.
Crunchgear goes on to mention that Nintendo will have a press conference in New York next week to presumably spill the beans on the US release of the 3DS, but until then this is the “breaking news” regarding this new device.
