I knew about the dog and cat cafés in Japan, but I recently found out about the owl cafés that are gaining quite a bit of popularity. It got me curious about whether there are cafés with other strange animals. I mean it’s Japan, so they must have some crazy ones, right??

Falconer’s Café

At Falconer’s Café in Tokyo, you can hang out with hawks, eagles, owls, and other birds of prey while enjoying some food and drinks. Owners can bring their raptors with them, and those who would like to have a new flying companion can purchase one here. They sell products like gloves and supplements too!

Look at those two! That’s Sakura and Chocolat. Could you resist going into this café if they invited you in?

R.a.a.g.f Café

At R.a.a.g.f (apparently pronounced “rough”), you can hug, pet, and give treats to these little fluffy bunnies. (Just try not to be like Lennie…)

So did you guys add any of them to your to-do list when you travel to Japan?
