"Farming Life in Another World 2" Coming in April 2026! Key Visual, Trailer Video, and New Cast Unveiled

The Great Tree Village becomes livelier than ever!

A brand-new trailer video featuring newly revealed visuals and first-look cuts, including new characters, has been unveiled for the first time, along with the theme song information, all announced at once.

The original series of the hit slow-life farming fantasy Farming Life in Another World by Naito Kinosuke has surpassed 6 million copies in circulation. The story follows Hiraku, a young man who dies prematurely after a long illness and is transported to another world, where he is granted an all-powerful farming tool by the gods. Using the knowledge from his previous life, he enjoys a second life alongside the residents of this new world in a relaxing farming fantasy.

Along with the release of a brand-new visual and promotional video, new cast information and theme song details that further enrich the world of the series have also been revealed.

The newly announced cast includes Natsu Yorita as Rashashi, Misaki Watada as Igu, Hiyori Kono as Mamu, Mariko Higashiuchi as Gruwald, Toru Sakurai as Gordon, Genta Nakamura as Narf, Kana Yuuki as Ronana, and Marie Hatanaka as Junea.

The newly unveiled visual features not only characters who appeared in Season 1, but also new characters debuting in Season 2, including Rashashi, Igu, Mumu, and Gruwald, depicting the Great Tree Village growing livelier than ever.

The promotional video showcases numerous newly animated cuts, portraying new visitors to the Great Tree Village, the introduction of new characters, and the village’s development springing back into motion. It offers an early glimpse into the opening chapter of the second act of the otherworldly farming life.

In addition, the theme songs have been confirmed. Continuing from Season 1, the opening theme will be “It’s a beautiful story,” performed by Luu (CV. Shino Shimoji) and Tier (CV. Aya Suzaki), while the ending theme will be “Sunny Steps” by Yui Hizuki. These warm, natural pop tracks further enhance the gentle atmosphere of the series, echoing the rhythm of daily life, tilling the soil, sowing seeds, and celebrating each harvest. A portion of both songs is featured for the first time in the newly released PV.

The series’s first-ever game adaptation, Farming Life in Another World: Dreamy Life, has reached 10,000 pre-registrations.
