It is announced that an anime song singer Megumi Hayashibara teams up with a Japanese singer Ringo Sheena again for an opening song for “Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu -Sukeroku Again-“. This is the second season of “Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu” series and it will be aired on TV starting on January 6th next year.
Megumi Hayashibara collaborated with Ringo Sheena for “Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu” first season’s OP and this time this dream collaboration is back to get ready for the anime’s second season! The title of the new song is “Imawashi no Shinigami (The Death in His Dying Moment)” inspired by classic rakugo‘s masterpiece “Shinigami (Reaper)” and characters’ sensitive emotions.
This CD will be on sale on February 22nd. Not only “Imawashi no Shinigami” but also the B-side song will be all written, composed and produced by Ringo Sheena.The CD cover will be also “Megumi Hayashibata X Ringo Sheena”.
