Planting has never been so easy on Distant Planet PNF-404. It’s time to crash land once again on Pikmin Planet! Three brave scouts set off to explore and find food for their home, Koppai. Alph, Brittany, and Charlie’s crash landing have them reappearing in Pikmin 3 Deluxe to ally with the Pikmin colony to return back to their homeland.
This Pikmin 3 remake brings fond memories of our little sproutlings. With the help of the trusty Pikmin, our explorers are able to stay safe during their dangerous journey on this mystery planet. It has been 16 years since the release of Pikmin 2 and 12 years have passed since the original Pikmin 3 title was released, so it’s about time we join back with our Pikmin friends.
Olimar and Louie from Pikmin 2 reappears in this expansion within the prologue and epilogue of the main campaign. You can now play as your favorite scout and have a friend join in too in campaign mode and discover new missions that were unavailable in the original. If you’re looking for a versus mode, you can challenge your friends to a bingo battle.
The Piklopedia is back to keep a record of all your new Pikmin discoveries along the way. With new difficulty choices, brand new lock on targeting, enemy balancing, and helpful hints, this new edition of Pikmin 3 is here to provide friendly gameplay to your liking. Take advantage of the multiple save files provided and enjoy snapping in-game pictures of these beautiful graphics!
Look forward to this newly enhanced port of exploration and adventure! Pikmin 3 Deluxe will be available on hardcopy and digitally in the Nintendo eShop October 30, 2020.
