Hiro Sugiyama of “Enlightenment” has curated the modern pop-art pieces adorning the lounge. To complement the modern and dynamic artwork, Osamu Harita, executive pastry chef at the Hilton Tokyo, has specially crafted 25 different desserts and 9 savory dishes. The iconic Hello Kitty-shaped cakes and colorful dishes are sure to whet your appetite. There’s a little something for everyone!
