Here’s what you need to know:
- The movie combines the last episode (episode 11 of season 3, “A Connected Bond: Daybreak and First Light”) of the Swordsmith Village Arc and first episode of the upcoming new season, the Hashira Training Arc.
- For those who aren’t familiar with the series and dragging their friends or family to the theaters… No problem! There is a brief review of the previous arcs prior to Swordsmith Village for those who may be coming into the movie blind.
- The finale episode of last season (Swordsmith Village Arc) ran roughly 48 minutes, while the first episode of the new season (Hashira Training Arc) will likely have a runtime of 48 minutes as well, not inclusive of the end credits. Total run time for the movie is 103 minutes.
- Movie-goers will also get a first look at the new opening theme song, featuring MY FIRST STORY x HYDE, “Mugen” (Dreams) for season 4, which is set to premiere in Spring 2024.

All your favorite Hashira, the highest-ranking Demon Slayers in the Demon Slayers Corp, make an appearance.
