Free, regular button pins will be given away onsite. Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, Kiiroitori, or Chairoikoguma. Collect all 4 characters!
Expect to get some extra goodies, like the mini picture book, with every plush toy purchase.
The collection includes USA exclusive tour plush, mugs, tumblers, apparel, caps, bags, keychains, pens, stickers, pins, and more. What will you get?
Here’s the inside scoop on what to expect at the Pop-up Shop:
1) If you’d like to visit our Pop-Up Shop, we will be distributing timed entry passes (free) starting at 8:30 AM. These tickets will indicate both a designated time slot and a number.
Your assigned time slot will determine when you should return to the Pop-Up Shop, while your number will determine your place in line for entry.
Time slots will be available every hour from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Time slots: ① 10:00 AM〜11:00 AM ② 11:00 AM〜12:00 PM ③ 12:00 PM〜1:00 PM ④ 1:00 PM〜2:00 PM
After 2:00 PM, entry will be open to all. (Please note that we may open to everyone earlier than 2:00 PM; updates will be available on our Instagram account!)
2) Regarding Meet and Greet with Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma
Timed entry passes (free) for the Meet & Greet will be distributed at 10:30 AM for the 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM Meet & Greet sessions. We will limit the number of people admitted to each Meet & Greet session. After 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM the Meet & Greet will be open to guests without numbered tickets.
Also, in case of rain, Meet & Greet may be subject to cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
3) Regarding Merchandise
Each person will be entitled to purchase no more than 1pc of our MEDIUM Rilakkuma Plushies. Our MEDIUM Rilakkuma Plushies are the following: Rilakkuma USA Tour Plush, Korilakkuma USA Tour Plush, Rilakkuma USA Tour Plush Numbered Edition, and Korilakkuma USA Tour Plush Numbered Edition.
Purchases of all other plushies will be limited 1pc per item, as inventory is limited. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for understanding.
